We had lots of locks to do today. I set off in Prairie whilst John moved the car. We planned to meet at Hack Green locks. It started out overcast and cool.
This day boat was going really slow so I was glad when they waved me past.
I headed through Nantwich past all the moored boats.
Across the aqueduct.
We met at the locks.
We started the Audlem flight of 15 locks. John was determined to do all the hard work whilst I was steering.
We arrived at the Shroppie Fly pub. 12 more locks to go!
John was glad when we met some other boaters who could help!
The sun came out finally!
There were 2 tents at this lock tied to a hedge!
At last we had finished the flight and found a mooring just past the last lock.
